What Happened Today? Up at 5:00 AM. Took Gizmo and Bobbit outside. Gave Gizmo and Bobbit their morning treats. Made a cup of vanilla flavored coffee. Turned on my computer. Turned on Pandora music. Listening to Fear The Future by Stephen Moss on Audible.com. Updated my Goal Sheets and Journal. Gizmo and I left the house around 6:45 AM for a 10,000 step Feather Sound walk. (Gizmo- 4000). 
Back home by 8:30 AM. Cleaned the gutters in the courtyard. Gave Gizmo and Bobbit their special breakfast. Tuna fish sandwich for breakfast. Called Kay. They were buying umbrellas and spending the day walking thru Faneuil Hall. Set up my WIM/SMU for Julie. No real information in my WIM. I left out any discussion of what’s happening with David Roth.. mostly because I don’t know what’s happening. Updated my Goal Sheets. Worked on my Journal. Emptied 4 or 5 of my garbage bags of stuff for my office. Watched episodes of Defiance, Stargate Atlantis, Star Trek Enterprise, Justified, Primeval and Secrets of the Universe. Found all seasons of Fringe. Around 3:00 PM, I left the house to drive to Regal Theaters to see Star Trek: Beyond… good movie. Stopped at Checkers to buy 2 BLTs. Called Kay. Stopped for gas. Home by 6:30 PM. Took Gizmo and Bobbit outside. I could see heavy rain coming from the southwest. Worked on my Journal until 9:30 PM. In bed 10:00 PM.
